Sponsorship is easy!

The children we put through our Sponsor Program would not receive an education without assistance. Their families, if they still have one, struggle to feed them and certainly do not have the money to educate them. We feel every child has the right to an education and together we can change that, one child at a time.

As of January, 2008, the cost is £6 per month or £72 per year. This is an increase of £1.40 per month, our first sponsorship fee increase in over nine years of sponsoring children. All the money donated goes directly to our schools in Kenya. There are no administrative costs, fees, or salaries held back for those who run SCA Children's Appeal. You can be assured that of what you donate, 100% of it is invested in qualified local teachers, school maintenance, school supplies, a uniform, and a healthy meal each day for the child you sponsor. In return, you will receive letters from your child, an occasional picture, and the satisfaction of knowing that you are making a positive difference in the life and future of a child and their family.

Another way to make a difference in a child's life is with special gifts such as a book bag, food parcels, a bike to ride to school with (several of the children walk an hour each way to get to school), or a mosquito net. See the link for for gift ideas: Special Gifts
